An award to excellence as a continuous research to overcome its limits and the development of tomorrow’s projects
Intesi Group is among the winners of the Best Managed Companies Italia 2021 Award, the prestigious award given by Deloitte Private to those companies that stand out by becoming market leaders and pursue excellence in all aspects of management. Through the analysis of critical success factors identified by Deloitte, and a selection methodology developed for more than 27 years at an international level, the goal of this initiative is not only to collect best practices that are an example for companies throughout Italy but also to create a stimulus and support to the Best Managed Companies for their continuous improvement.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award recognizes INTESI GROUP among the Italian companies that are now engaged to operate on a global market and to deal with international players that adopt flexible and cutting-edge business models to remain competitive, being the key to the success of Italian entrepreneurship and the engine of the country’s development.

At the end of a six-month evaluation process, the winning companies were identified by an independent jury made up of experts from the Italian institutional and academic world: Marta Testi, CEO of Elite; Fabio Antoldi, Full Professor of Business Strategy at ALTIS Catholic University; Francesca Brunori, Director of Financial Affairs of Confindustria.
Strategy, skills and innovation, commitment and corporate culture, governance and performance, internationalization and sustainability are the indicators that led to select the winners of Deloitte’s BMC.
