IG SIGN Folder preparation

The folder involves uploading of one or more documents, with any attachments, and setting up a workflow.

Next, the folder details are entered and both the due date, if any, and the remainder and urgency options are set.

Signers or approvers of the document which can be chosen individually or from the address book or from a preset list [Music]

It is possible to choose the collaborator internal or external to the organization, his or her role and the type of signature to be used.

In the displayed document the signature area is placed and sized [Music]

Multiple signature areas can be added either mandatory or optional.

The folder is ready and the workflow can start [Music].

The folder will then appear in the running folders section of the IG SIGN dashboard [Music].

  3. Define the workflow, set recipients and signature type

The signer receives a notification on the IG YOU mobile App.

Clicking on the notification opens the details of the folder to be signed.

To proceed click on the “Sign” button in the lower right corner.

Now the signer has to select the signature certificate to be used and enter the PIN where applicable.

The signing process is successfully completed.

The signer will receive an email with a link to download the signed document [Music].

The signer receives a text message with a link to sign with the drawn signature.

Through the link IG SIGN is accessed and clicking on the “Sign” button in the lower right hand corner opens the space where to draw the signature.

Once the signature has been drawn click on the confirm button [Music].

The signature procedure has been successfully completed.

The signer will receive an email with a link to download the signed document.

By clicking on the “View folder” email button IG SIGN will open

The signed document is now ready for the download.

The file once opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader appears correctly signed.

The signer receives an email from IG SIGN with a signature request and clicks on the “Sign now” button [Music].

IG sign opens the document to be signed

The signer clicks on the signature area and then on the “Sign” button in the upper right corner.

After confirming the phone number to which the OTP will be sent the window to complete the operation opens.

The signer receives a text message with the OTP to be used

At this point the OTP is entered to approve the signing operation [Music].

The signing process ended successfully.

It is now possible to download the document by clicking on the “Download files” button at the top right [Music].

Once opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader the document appears correctly signed.
