IG SMART is a free App that allows you to apply one or more digital signatures to a document in an easy and safe way from your smartphone or tablet!

Just a few steps to offer you a very smooth signing experience
Discover how IG SMARTS works. To sign you will simply have to:
- Choose the file to sign
- Apply one or more signatures to the file
- Authorize the signature
To use IG SMART you must have an Intesi Group remote digital signature certificate (Qualified Cloud Signature). You can buy it from our Store

To sign your documents with the IG SMART mobile app you have to:
- Buy an Intesi Group qualified signature certificate.
- Download the IG SMART App on your device.
- Download the IG YOU App to authorize your signatures.
Open the document to sign with IG SMART.
In this case the user has received an email with a contract to sign.
Open the document with IG SMART App.
At the first start of the App the user must login with the credentials used when purchasing the qualified signature certificate.
Now the user views the document to be signed.
To apply a visible signature tap on the desired signature area.
It is possible to resize and move the signature area within the document.
At this point the user must tap on the check mark icon to validate the operation.
To sign the document tap the PIN icon at the bottom right.
The user must then start the IG YOU App to authorize the signing operation.
After logging in when starting IG YOU select the transaction notification in the lower part of the App.
Now the user must authorize the signature operation by tapping on the “Signature” button at the bottom right.
A confirmation of the operation will be visible at the top right.
The user switches to IG SMART App where he has evidence of the signed document.
The document is now signed and ready for sharing by tapping the signed document card the user can choose how to reshare it.
In this case the signed contract will be sent back to the supplier via email.
