With IG DESK you can now give shape to your signature!

It’s time for something new with IG DESK, the free signing tool developed by Intesi Group for those who want to digitally sign an electronic document quickly and conveniently from their desktop or laptop.

IG DESK was designed to be extremely easy to use, enhancing the overall user experience.
Since its debut at the end of 2019, it has proven to be the ideal tool even for less tech-savvy users, who appreciate its essential functionality and the simplicity of its intuitive, step-by-step process.

Today, thanks to feedback from regular customer surveys, IG DESK introduces a new yet significant feature: the ability to associate a freely chosen image with a qualified electronic signature. This allows users to combine the legal validity of their signature with a more personal and visible mark on the signed document.

Users can upload their desired image in jpg/jpeg, png, or bmp format via IG DESK with just a few clicks and at no cost. Whether it’s a handwritten signature, a logo, or any other graphic, it will be automatically linked to their digital signature.

If users wish to change their image later (or add multiple graphics to select a specific one based on, for example, the type of document or recipient), they can upload new files. These will be stored in the IG DESK gallery until they choose to delete them.

By going beyond a standardized aesthetic, this feature gives the signature a form of immediate “recognizability,” which is particularly appreciated by those unfamiliar with digitally signed documents.

Today’s update is the result of Intesi Group’s continuous attention to customer needs, combined with its innovative approach, which has made it a key player in the market for qualified trust services—particularly in electronic signatures. With an average of 60 million signatures processed monthly through its solutions, approximately 40,000 are signed using IG DESK, which has now more than 30,000 downloads.
