IG DESK PDF document signature

IG DESK: signing a PDF document quickly and easily

In order to sign your documents in PDF format with IG DESK you have to:

1. Get a digital signature certificate from Intesi Group.
2. Download IG DESK on your computer to sign documents.
3. Download IG YOU mobile App to your smartphone or tablet to authorize signatures.

Open with IG DESK the document to be signed.

To open the PDF document to be signed with IG DESK drag it into the program window.

When IG DESK is first started you will need to log in with the email and password already set when purchasing the digital signature certificate.

After logging in it automatically opens your document to read and sign press the left mouse button and also the control key to define the signature area.

You can resize and move the signature area within the document.

Now you can proceed to sign the document by clicking the “Signature” button in the upper right corner of the document.

At this point a dialog box opens informing you that a push notification has been sent to the IG YOU App to authorize the signature.

Open the IG YOU App on the smartphone to authorize the signing operation.

When IG YOU is first started you will need to log in with the email and password already set when purchasing the digital signature certificate.

Select the new signature request and then authorize the operation by tapping on the bottom right “Signature” button enter the PIN set when the certificate was issued.

Please note some certificate types do not require PIN.

It will be visible in the upper right corner.

The PDF document is now signed.

A dialog box informs you that the signed document has been saved in the same location as the source document with the suffix “signed”.

By opening the signed PDF you will be able to view the signature applied.
